Great Houston High School Figure Skating Team

Our Mission

The Great Houston High School Figure Skating Team is dedicated to providing underserved and underrepresented high school skaters in the Greater Houston area with the opportunity to train, compete, and grow in the sport of figure skating. We work to remove financial and experience barriers so every athlete has the chance to shine.

About Our Team

17 competitive skaters across Houston-area high schools.
Nonprofit team focused on expanding access to a traditionally high‑cost sport.
Compete annually at the Midwest/Pacific Coast Sectional High School Finals.
Support athletes with training, travel, and competition resources.

Team Achievements

2nd Place – National Team Sweepstakes
3rd Place – National Team Sweepstakes
Competed at the largest high school skating competition in the U.S.
Represented Houston on a semi-national competitive stage.
